Dillon visiting made me remember that I have a blog...
My life has changed so much this academic year. I decided to start a MSc in Global Health at medical school. I moved into a little flat in Brighton. I have a lovely boyfriend that helps me keep my head above water. Life is just passing by so quickly...
A couple of months ago, Dillon popped a message to Nicola, Tom and I about London adventures in February. I could not miss this. It had been two year since we last hung out. I haven't done anything creative in so long and I needed the social boost.
We met Dillon sat outside the Monocle Cafe looking very cosmopolitan! I love meeting overseas friends in London, because we all get to do tourist things together. We had a quick coffee and a catch up, before heading to the Barbican.
We met Tom there and had a giggle in the gardens, we then headed to Shoreditch to mooch a little and go mural hunting (obviously...). I love the ever-changing walls. Its one of my biggest attractions to Brighton. We took a strong liking to this black and white splatter one!
It was so lovely to catch up with Nicola, I hadn't seen her since August and we are from the same town. The months are running away from me. Hopefully, soon I will be out of the education system and I can form a work/life balance. Adventures are on pause until I finish in May. Until then...
I am a big fan. I will also write my own blog. Interesting.
